Heart 4" (10cm) Make two loose circles (Size 6) Form them into the shape of teardrops Glue them side-by-side to form heart Bow Tail 2" (4cm) Fold paper strip into half, Trim ends with scissors Bend and fold the two ends Bell 12" (30cm) Make two loose circles (Size 2) Fold into half circlesLightly arch the bottom to fill in the ringers Ringers 2" (5sm)Make two tight circlesGlue them to the bottom of the bells.
